This is pure imagination .. There is no religious significance in Islam penis.
Islam has not worship idols. When the Holy Kaaba was built by the Prophet Abraham was an idol in this town. Later, he was under the influence of other Arab cultures placed 360 idols in the Ka, Abah, the later of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him .. approved
